Digitization of Grothendieck's archives in Montpellier University

On May, Wenesday 10th, an important part of the archives of Alexander Grothendieck will be put on line after an important work of digitization performed by Montpellier University.

The documents which will be made available consist in unedited manuscripts representing most of Grothendieck's work between 1949 and 1991, mostly about algebraic geometry. After inventory and conservation measures, the digitization began in 2016 and 18 000 pages will be freely available on line.
