A conference on open-access publication issues

The French national network for mathematical libraries RNBM (Réseau national des bibliothèques de mathématiques) organizes a 5-days conference in Cirm Luminy to question the issues of open-access publication on October 16-20th.

Mathematicians and librarians are most welcome to attend the lectures and debates on the 17th and 18th, where the program is specifically dedicated to them. Informative as well as more advanced sessions are planned to foster relations between the various actors of publishing (scientists, scientific editors, authors, distributors, librarians...).

On October 16th, 19th and 20th, the sessions are scheduled to focus on new technologies and emerging practices in IT resources, and will consist in lectures and workshops.
