The French mathematician Claire Voisin, an algebraic geometer, was nominated Professor at the College de France. On the occasion of her first lecture on June 2nd, 2016, CNRS Le Journal published an interview of François Charles, professor at the University of Paris-Sud Orsay, depicting the landscape of Algebraic Geometry.
