The Heidelberg Laureate Forum aims to create a scientific and informal platform to create links between 200 young researchers in mathematics and computer science from all around the globe and the laureates of prestigious prizes : the Abel Prize, the ACM A.M.Turing Award, the Fields Medal and the Nevanlinna Prize.

The 5th Heidelberg Laureate Forum will take place from September 24 to 29, 2017.  All week long, scientific, social and outreach activities are developed in an informal atmosphere, so as to provide the young researchers with the unique opportunity to connect with the above generation of mathematicians and computer scientists.

The application period for the 5th HLF runs from November 14, 2016 until February 14, 2017. Young researchers, male and female, at all phases of their careers (undergrad, PhD or postdoc) are encouraged to complete and submit their applications. Lodging and board provided. Travel grants available.
