Publications du Centre Mersenne presents Algebraic Combinatorics
A public publishing infrastructure at the service of the community, implemented by the Mathdoc cell1 , Centre Mersenne offers access to 21 journals, 14 of which in mathematics (see member journals), that you can read free of charge and in which, again free of charge, you can publish your best papers. Discover those journals.

Algebraic Combinatorics (ALCO)
ALCO publishes high quality work in which algebra and combinatorics interact. The key requirement is not a particular type of algebra or combinatorics, but rather the active interaction between combinatorics and algebra.
It has been a little over three years since the open access diamond journal Algebraic Combinatorics (ALCO) came into being, following the resignation of its editorial board from a previous journal.
Switching to open access has brought some novelties in the management of the journal: a governance that ensures a healthy turnover of editorial board members, the creation of a steering committee to manage non-scientific details, and most importantly the plan, still in its preliminary stages, to create a non-profit organization to financially support the journal. The editorial board is now directly involved in the journal and the algebraic combinatorics community has been very encouraging and positive towards the project, especially the young scientists.
ALCO has been indexed since the first year of its creation by the ZbMATH Open and MathSciNet databases, then by Scopus. In parallel, we are working to have the journal appear in other databases, such as those that list open access journals.
The Mersenne Center has been constantly listening to the needs of ALCO. It has helped the editorial board during the changeover in a very responsive way, making the task much easier. The submission management system is simple and ergonomic. In conclusion, both the journal and ALCO members greatly appreciate the help received from Insmi and MathOA (Mathematics in Open Access), and thank them for their support.
